No, we do not require direct higher education work experience. You may have previous related work experience or equivalent experience depending on the job duties listed within the position requirements. For instance, transferrable skills may apply like previous teaching, non-educational counseling, case load, sales, account management, banking, and teller. Equivalent experience can also include work as an intern or volunteer in place of paid work experience.
Participants will be able to view the various positions available, access department websites, learn about MDC’s various programs, its culture and employee benefits. In addition, participants will be able to chat with representatives of the hiring departments from 10 a.m. to 12 noon EST.
Registering for this event will allow you to upload your resume and be able to chat live with representative from the different hiring departments.
The Student Services virtual job fair will be open from 8 AM EST to midnight on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The live chat sessions with hiring department representatives will be available from 10 AM to 12 Noon EST.
